Tillata Gibson, DC, MISM, BS, R.T.(R)(M)
Tillata Gibson is the Founder and CEO of Send Mammogram and Chairman of the Send Mammogram Foundation. She brings over 30 years of experience in radiologic technology, with a focus on mammography, quality assurance, and imaging workflow improvement. Her expertise spans digital health innovation, systems integration, and the development of patient-centered imaging solutions. Tillata holds a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Master’s in Information Systems Management, a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management, and a Bachelor’s in Internet Marketing, and is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiology and mammography.
VICE CHAIR
Vikash Kumar, MCA, PMP, CS
Vikash Kumar serves as Vice Chairman of the Send Mammogram Foundation. He is a seasoned program and project management professional with over 14 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives across diverse industries. His expertise includes Agile and Waterfall methodologies, risk management, resource allocation, and process optimization. Vikash has a proven record of guiding high-performing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget, including large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs. He holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, recognized for his strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence.

Charlotte C. Kwakye Tawah, AS, R.T.(R)(M)(BD)
Charlotte Tawah serves as Secretary of the Send Mammogram Foundation. She is a seasoned healthcare leader and licensed financial professional with over 40 years of experience in patient care, clinical operations, and community service. Charlotte brings expertise in mammography, quality assurance, and workflow management. Her background combines clinical excellence and leadership with a strong focus on financial literacy and empowerment in healthcare. She holds an Associate of Science in Allied Health from Emory University and a Diploma in Radiologic Technology from the Grady School of Radiology. Charlotte is registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
HEALTH SERVICES LIAISON
Amy N. Akin, BS, R.T.(R)(M)(BD)
Amy Akin serves as Health Services Liaison of the Send Mammogram Foundation. She is an ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist
with certifications in mammography, bone densitometry, and radiography. Amy brings over a decade of experience in diagnostic imaging, team leadership, and quality assurance. Her expertise includes technologist training, imaging protocol development, and quality control management across clinical settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging with a minor in Management from Misericordia University. Amy is licensed in multiple states and is dedicated to advancing excellence in breast imaging, patient-centered care, and quality diagnostic services.
